Our Classes

Point Blank: You’re not going to stick to a workout regimen if you don’t enjoy it! That’s why we make sure all of our Dark Horse classes are fun, challenging, and delightfully tough. Lead by our amazing coaches and intelligently designed, our classes were built to deliver results.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, squats, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Fundamentals

    Every new CrossFitter begins in our Fundamentals course. In 12-20 small group sessions over the course of a month, you’ll train beside other beginners just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts.

  • Cardio BootCamp

    Our team and partner Cardio Bootcamp classes are high-intensity, always changing interval training for a calorie-burning workout like you’ve never seen before. We could be doing body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, running, rowing and much more! If you’re ready to burn off those stubborn inches without the barbell and get your heart pounding to the beat of fun fitness, our Cardio Bootcamp is for you!

  • Yoga

    Whether your interest is in relaxing from the week’s training or preparing to start the next week refreshed, our Sunday morning yoga class will hit the spot.  Yoga offers the powerful benefits of exercise to help balance your body, mind, and spirit.  It can increase strength and improve flexibility, both of which will translate to bettering your CrossFit game and your overall wellness.

  • Open Gym

    Recess for grown-ups. In Open Gym, you have the freedom to use our gym any way you want. Make up a missed class, work on “homework” from your coach, practice skills you’re still mastering … the options are limitless

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise, so it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Dark Horse offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.


    • Private coaching rates vary from $85 to $125 per hour. Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid any late cancellation fees
  • Weightlifting

    It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or an elite athlete, if you want to gain strength and improve your technique, our Weightlifting class is for you. We’ll scale your workout to meet your current level of fitness but make it tough enough to get you to the next level. This workout challenges every major muscle group using a variety of equipment.

  • Gymnastics

    Gymnastics concentrates on improving technique and efficiency in CrossFit movements. Combined with strength and power, these skills will give you the agility and coordination to drive into new areas and dominate even the hardest WOD. By fine-tuning body weight movements, Gymnastics training can ultimately translate to being a better all-around athlete and give you balance and flexibility that will help you in all areas of your life.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    The best workout in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. We’ll help you find the right diet for your body type, goals, and particular health needs. If you’re struggling with certain health issues, or even if you feel “perfectly healthy,” nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness and health.


    • Private nutrition coaching rates vary. Please schedule a complimentary consultation session to discuss your goals and go over the monthly cost.
  • Custom Programming

    Our custom programing is designed to help you meet your specific goals. If you’re an above average CrossFitter looking to compete, Custom Programming  was made for you.


    • Private coaching rates vary from $75 to $125 a month.
  • Pony Club (CrossFit Kids)

    CrossFit Dark Horse’s CrossFit kids class, aka the Pony Club, is a fitness class for kids ages 3 and up. Based on the principle of mechanics, consistency and intensity, Pony Club lets kiddos learn and practice good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good movement translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent attendance to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.


    • $125 for a monthly recurring membership; OR
